GRIER GROUP, at the direction of the board, prepares specifications for all contract work, obtains competitive bids and certificates of insurance, prepares service contracts for board signature, and obtains lien waivers.

Homeowner Relations

GRIER GROUP is attentive to homeowners’ needs and responds to their complaints immediately. The staff is available on a 24-hour basis.

Maintenance Programs

Monthly maintenance cost monitoring and the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs are also services provided by GRIER GROUP. These programs may include energy conservation procedures and insurance loss control.


GRIER GROUP, at the direction of the board, handles the hiring, training, firing, and supervision of all on-site staff as well as maintaining payroll and related records. We work with the board to establish procedures for the purchase of all equipment, supplies, contracted building services, insurance coverages, and taxes.
