| GRIER GROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY was initially founded with the purpose of
enhancing the quality of living for the Grier Family. Since that time,
the family has grown to include our "family of employees" and their families,
our "family of communities" that we manage; our "family of owners" in our
communites, and our community at large.
