	Maintenance Monthly maintenance cost monitoring and the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs are also services provided by GRIER GROUP. These programs may include energy conservation procedures and insurance loss control.		Supervisory GRIER GROUP, at the direction of the board, handles the hiring, training, firing, and supervision of all on-site staff as well as maintaining payroll and related records. We work with the board to establish procedures for the purchase of all equipment, supplies, contracted building services, insurance coverages, and taxes.
